Malaysian's Blame Others But For Me It Syndrome

Sometimes I wonder why the people in Malaysia always blames the government, the management or whatever 'head' if something does not work. Accept it, you've have been doing just that whenever the road is bumpy for you.

BLAME the Vice-Chancellor for the drop of university ranking when lecturers and students did not even perform at their best.

BLAME the supervisor for their FYP grades, when the students know they are cheating all the way.

BLAME the lecturer for bad grades, when the students spend more time playing games than study.

BLAME the PTPTN for small loans, when the money is used more for entertainment and shopping than study.

BLAME the FAM for poor performance of football players when the players don't even know what they are doing.

BLAME Tony Fernandes for flight delays when it's bad weather that caused it not the Air Asia staff.

BLAME the Minister of Tourism when tourist complained, when it's Malaysians who are irresponsible to their visitors.

BLAME the Minister of Human Resources when they are jobless, when they would prefer sitting at home and watch TV.

Top or bottom - both parts are responsible for doing the job they are hired to do. I think the main problem might be the lack of personal responsibility for the job performed being on top or bottom level. Because they all blame their 'Boss' or 'head' instead of themselves. Yeah, it's true. It's easier to blame than to be blamed.....Besides, everyone got a face to cover, right? Losing face mean losing pride and dignity, when it fact, the moment u blame people..you're already losing that so-called dignity!

Does your Company have a problem in recruiting the right person for the right chair?
If yes, try this simple experiment

Put around 100 bricks in some particular order in a closed room with an open window. Then send 2-3 candidates into the room and close it from outside. Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours, and then analyze the situation.

If they are counting and recounting the number of bricks - PUT THEM IN ACCOUNTS DEPT

If they have messed up the whole place with the bricks - PUT THEM IN ENGINEERING

If they are arranging the bricks in some other order - PUT THEM IN PLANNING

If they are throwing the bricks at each other - PUT THEM IN OPERATIONS

If they are sleeping - PUT THEM IN SECURITY
